Dirar ibn Abd al-Muttalib

Ḍirār ibn ʿAbd al-Muṭṭalib was a son of ʿAbd al-Muṭṭalib and Natīla bint Janāb, and a paternal uncle of the Prophet ﷺ. Early genealogical accounts describe him as handsome and generous and report that he died before the Prophet’s mission.
