Hibab ibn al-Ariqah

Ḥibāb ibn al-ʿAriqah was a Qurashī archer at the Battle of the Trench (5 AH) who noticed the unprotected gap in Saʿd ibn Muʿādh's armor and shot him across the trench, striking him in the artery of the upper arm. He shouted out his own name as he loosed the arrow, boasting of the wound he had inflicted. Saʿd responded with a play on his attacker's name, praying that Allah would cause his face to sweat in the Fire as Saʿd's own wound bled. The wound Ḥibāb inflicted never healed and led to Saʿd's death some weeks later.
