Uthman ibn Hakim

ʿUthmān ibn Ḥakīm was a maternal half-brother of ʿUmar ibn al-Khaṭṭāb. Accounts record ʿUmar maintaining ties with him in Medina by giving him a suit, while most historians do not record him as having embraced Islam.
