Biography
Wahb ibn Abd Manaf was the chief of the Banu Zuhrah, one of the clans of Quraysh, and the father of Aminah. When Abdul-Muttalib sought a bride for his son Abdullah, he chose Wahb's daughter Aminah, a union of two chiefly houses. Through her, Wahb was the maternal grandfather of the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ.
