Ammarah ibn al-Walid

ʿAmmārah ibn al-Walīd of Banū Makhzūm was a son of al-Walīd ibn al-Mughīrah and a paternal brother of Khālid ibn al-Walīd. Early sīrah accounts place him in the Quraysh delegation that tried to persuade Abū Ṭālib to surrender the Prophet ﷺ in exchange for adopting ʿAmmārah.
