Arwa bint Abd al-Muttalib

Arwā bint ʿAbd al-Muṭṭalib was a daughter of ʿAbd al-Muṭṭalib and Fāṭimah bint ʿAmr, and a paternal aunt of the Prophet ﷺ. She is remembered in the early biographies as the mother of Ṭulayb ibn ʿUmayr and for accepting Islam and supporting the Prophet’s mission.
