Fatimah bint Amr

Fāṭimah bint ʿAmr ibn ʿĀʾidh of Banū Makhzūm was a wife of ʿAbd al-Muṭṭalib and the mother of ʿAbdullāh, the Prophet’s father, and Abū Ṭālib, the Prophet’s uncle and protector. Through ʿAbdullāh she was the Prophet Muhammad’s ﷺ paternal grandmother.
