Barrah bint Abd al-Muttalib

Barrah bint ʿAbd al-Muṭṭalib was a daughter of ʿAbd al-Muṭṭalib and Fāṭimah bint ʿAmr, and therefore a paternal aunt of the Prophet ﷺ. She married ʿAbd al-Asad ibn Hilāl of Banū Makhzūm; their son was Abū Salamah, ʿAbdullāh ibn ʿAbd al-Asad.
