Biography
Saʿid ibn Zayd, son of the Hanif Zayd ibn ʿAmr ibn Nufayl, was an early companion and one of the ten given glad tidings of Paradise. He asked the Prophet ﷺ about the fate of his father, who had died seeking the religion of Ibrahim before the call to Islam, and was told he would be raised as a nation unto himself.
Significance
